Frequently asked questions
Before you start
-
Yes, absolutely! Beginners often thrive in group classes. Before registration, a free level test helps determine your exact level, so you can be placed with students of the same level. And if needed, an adjustment to another group is always possible!
-
For group classes, yes, it is mandatory. If the level difference within a group is too significant, the learning pace will no longer suit anyone. The test is done online in about 10 minutes, and the result (level A0 to B2) is sent to you by email.
For private classes, a free 30-minute discovery session allows us to assess your level and create a customized program and schedule!
-
Yes! For private classes, a free 30-minute discovery session is offered. For group classes, a level test or a brief discussion (by message, or video call if necessary) helps us determine the best approach together before you start!
Course format
-
Classes are held live on Zoom (or Google Meet). For copyright and confidentiality reasons, classes are not recorded, but a summary of what was covered is sent after each session for easy review.
Please note that we may take a screenshot during the class to verify that all participants are present.
-
Groups are limited to 3-6 people. In my opinion, this is the ideal size to allow for genuine interactions while maintaining personalized support for everyone.
-
Yes, after each class you receive a summary of the expressions covered + homework assignments. On Discord, you can continue to practice daily through pronunciation challenges, exercises, or by asking your questions. I personally correct and interact on every homework assignment and every Discord challenge!

Blabla Korea's greatest asset is learning to use the language through role-playing and games, not just through memorized expressions or rules. -

Cancellation · Make-up classes · Refund
-
If you give at least 24 hours' notice, the session credit is automatically carried over and remains freely usable throughout the package's validity period (6 months after purchase). However, a cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or a no-show results in the loss of the credit. For Boost Packs (5 sessions), 8 Weeks (8 sessions), and Immersion (10 sessions), one no-show joker is offered per pack.
-
Group classes follow a fixed schedule, so an absence for personal reasons cannot result in an individual make-up session or a refund. The course materials and homework for the missed session will still be sent to you, and you can catch up on the content on Discord.
